I LOOOOVE roasted chestnuts. When we went to China, we saw so many street vendors roasting chestnuts on the street in a big wok over hot coal.

The first time I roasted them, I didn't mark it with the cross..needless to say...there were a lot of chestnut bullets popping inside the oven :-)
