Here it is, the long awaited roundup of Jihva For Ingredients – Whole Grains. Before I proceed with the roundup, I wish all the readers A Very Happy Diwali.

Most of you know that I was away while hosting this event. Indira of Mahanandi, the creator of JFI, graciously allowed me to be flexible with the hosting. Thank you, Indira.
